大专院校学风现状调查与学风建设工作实践探索

学风建设一直以来都是各高校学生工作的重点和难点,通过对1100名师生的调查,了解师生对学风建设的认知度,掌握了当前存在于校园内学生综合素质不高、教学设施不完善、教学方式不够科学等一系列影响学风建设的不良因素,提出分阶段执行学风建设工作方案,建议增强学风建设宣传工作,完善辅导员管理方式,改革专业教育、职业生涯教育和就业教育.

The Investigation and Research on the Learning Practice of College Students

The construction of learning practice among college students was always been a focus and yet a difficulty in students management. Through investigation of 1100 teachers and students, we have learnt their awareness about the construction of learning practice and we found out a series of the negative influences on this issue such as low comprehensive quality of current students, the lack of teaching facilities and the unscientific teaching methods etc. To deal with the problems we work out a step by step program on the construction of learning practice which suggests strengthening the publicity campaign of the construction of learning practice, perfecting the mode of counselor management, reforming the professional education, career development and employment orientation.
