我国水稻微核心种质千粒重的差异与评价

摘    要:为明确我国水稻微核心种质间千粒重的差异和筛选特异千粒重的微核心种质,本研究以238份我国水稻微核心种质为材料,对其千粒重进行了测定和频数及聚类分析。结果表明,238份水稻种质间千粒重存在巨大差异,可划分为5类。千粒重在13.47~32.84 g之间,最重的种质是BD 007(32.84 g),最轻的种质是矮仔占(13.47 g)。这将为水稻遗传改良提供理论依据和特异亲本。

The difference and evaluation of 1000-grain-weight among mini core rice germplasms in China

Abstract:In order to clarify the differences of 1000-grain-weight among mini core rice germplasms in China and screen for special mini core germplasms, 238 mini core rice germplasms were used as the experimental materials in this study, the 1000-grain-weight of them were measured and analyzed with the frequency and cluster analyses. The results showed that 1000-grain-weight among 238 rice germplasms were extremely differences and could be divided into five types. The 1000-grain-weight was 13.47 g-32.84 g, its maximum was C263 (32.84 g, BD 007) and C235 (30.53 g, Babaomi), its smallest was C152 (13.47 g, Aizizhan); which will provide the theoretical basis and specific parents for rice genetic improvement.
