摘 要: | 农业发展近年来一直备受社会各界广泛关注,农业科技成果转化是农业科技成果向生产力转化的关键步骤,是提升农业科技创新水平的核心力量。本文梳理了2011—2018年科技援疆中农业科技成果转化的发展现状,建立评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对当前科技援疆中农业科技成果转化的实施效果进行评价。结果显示,当前农业科技成果转化得分为81.1分,表明科技援疆中农业科技成果转化实施效果较好。同时,提出促进农业科技成果转化的对策建议,以期提高新疆农业科技创新能力。

Evaluation on the effect of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in xinjiang |

Abstract: | agricultural development in recent years has been widely concerned by all walks of life, the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is the key step of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements to productive forces, is the core force to enhance the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation. In this paper, the development status of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in xinjiang was summarized from 2011 to 2018, an evaluation index system was established, and the implementation effect of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in xinjiang was evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process. At present, the score of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is 81.1, which indicates that the implementation effect of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in xinjiang is good. Finally, the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements are put forward to improve the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology in xinjiang. |
