| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国高校工程教育认证已经步入了新的推进阶段。目前我国工科专业普遍存在教学与实践脱离的现象。本文以食品科学与工程专业为例,分析了高校食品科学与工程专业教学现状,从课程内容、实验内容、教师工程素养、学生毕业评价考核等4个方面进行教学改革,以期为提高学生的综合素质提供参考。

Practice Teaching Reform of Food Science and Engineering Based on Engineering Education Professional Certification |

| Abstract: | In recent years, Chinese engineering education certification has entered a new stage of advancement. At present, there are some phenomena in the engineering majors in China that are separated from teaching and practice. Taking food science and engineering as an example, this paper deals with the problems in the teaching process of food science and engineering in colleges and universities, and the contents of undergraduate course content, experimental content, teacher engineering literacy and student graduation evaluation of food science and engineering. Think and propose a solution. |
