2017年西南鲜食甜玉米区试品种品质分析

摘    要:利用2017年西南鲜食甜玉米区域试验品种,分析其理化品质和品尝鉴定评价。结果表明,皮渣率最低的品种是粤甜28,为10.72%;水溶性总糖含量最高的品种是双色甜5号,为15.31%;还原糖含量最高的品种是斯达甜211,为8.88%;品尝鉴定结果总分最高的品种是粤甜28和粤甜26号,均为88.2分。综合考虑,粤甜28和粤甜26号为品质较优品种。

Analysis on Quality for Fresh Food Sweet Corn Test on XI NAN 2017
Abstract:this paper analyzes the physical and chemical quality, taste and appraisal of each variety based on the experimental results of Southwest fresh sweet corn in 2017. The results showed that the lowest content of slag was G-1(Guangdong sweet 28), which was 10.72 %. The species with the highest water soluble total sugar content is G-2(two-color sweet No. 5), which is 15.31 %; The species with the highest reduction sugar content is g-10(Statin 211), which is 8.88 %. The highest total score of the tasting and identification results was G1(Cantonese sweet 28) and G-8(Cantonese sweet 26), both of which were 88.2 points. Taking into account, G-1(Cantonese sweet 28) and G-8(Cantonese sweet 26) are superior in quality.
