摘    要:新疆是我国耕地资源的重要储备基地之一,也是<全国土地开发整理规划>划定的重点土地开发整理区域.以新疆于田绿洲为例,探讨了基于快速傅立叶变换改进的HIS融合(FFT-HIS,简称FHSI)的农田信息提取方法,针对融合效果从主观和客观两方面与传统的HIS融合方法进行了比较分析,并在此基础上进行了农田信息的提取试验,结果表明,同传统的HIS融合方法相比,FHSI融合的信息量、纹理特征都明显增强,分类精度明显改善,特别是水田信息的提取效果非常显著,是监测干旱区耕地变化的有效手段.

Abstract:Xinjiang is one of the most important bases of farmland resource reservation,as well as the particularly concerned region in development and management by 'Regulation of National Land Development and Management'.This article uses the Yutian oasis in Xinjiang as an example to discuss a Fast Fourier Transformation based HSI fusion(FFT-HSI) method in obtaining farm land information,and results are compared with standard HSI fusion methods in subjective and objective aspects.In addition,extraction experiment was conducted based on the methods.Results indicate that in comparison with to standard HSI fusion methods,the information volume and texture characteristics of the FHSI fusion method are significantly strengthened,the classification accuracy is highly improved,and the effect of extraction is evidently improved particularly for water farm fields,hence it is a effective approach in monitoring changes of farm lands in arid areas.
