摘    要:以乌桕当年萌发的新梢上的芽为外植体,建立了乌桕的组织培养和再生体系。作者研究了不同种类和不同浓度生长调节物质对乌桕初代培养、增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:①初代培养以WPM+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L为最佳培养基。②在增殖培养中以WPM+6-BA1.0mg/L+GA30.5mg/L效果最好,其增殖系数达7.8。③生根培养以WPM+NAA0.05mg/L效果最好,其生根率100%。生根苗移栽时其成活率达85%。

Abstract:The explants from Sapium sebiferum Roxb. buds were established tissue culture and regeneration system. The effect of different concentration and growth regrowth regulators on the initial culture,proliferation and rooting were studied. The results showed that:(1)lnitiation culture medium:WPM+6-BA1.0 mg/L+ NAA0.1 mg/L. (2) proliferation culture medium: WPM+ 6-BA1.0 mg/L+ GA30.5 mg/L; The propagation rate reached 7.8. (3) Rooting culture medium..WPM+NAA0.05 mg/L give best results for rooting,and roo- ting rate is 100%. The survival rate of transplants is 85%.
