摘    要:从广告公司的人才流失问题为切入点,首先分析了目前中国本土广告公司发展存在的人才流失问题及原因,然后再从“祸”、“福”两方面来探讨广告公司如何合理控制人才流失和有效利用人才。

Abstract:This paper it analyses the issues in China, then, from and utilize effectively regards the issue of lapsed talents in the advertising agency for breakthrough point , at first, and reasons of lapsed talents that exist in the development of the native advertising agency the advantage and disadvantage, it discusses how the advertising agency control rationally lapsed talents.
