摘    要:物炭浓度在10~20 g·kg\+\{-1\}时较适宜,高浓度在一定程度上会抑制植株的生长发育。

Abstract:In order to understand the distribution and race of soybean cyst nematodes in Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong areas, soil samples from soybean fields of this areas were investigated.The species and race of soybean cyst nematodes were identified according to its morphological characteristics and differential hosts of soybean cyst nematodes. Morphological identification showed that the cyst nematodes detected in Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong areas belonged to soybean cyst nematodes, and its race was No.3. In addition, the soybean cyst nematode was stained by improving the staining method of plant parasitic nematodes and by use of fluorescein diacetate (FDA) immersion method. Under certain circumstances, this could replace acid fuchsin staining to reduce the workload of samples preparation, so as to save the time for plant sample preparation, and improve the experimental efficiency. ;
