潜山市积极发展新型农业经营主体,成为贫困农民就业的主渠道和脱贫致富的重要载体，增强了贫困农户的自主发展能力，日益成为农村产业发展和脱贫攻坚的的主力军。但目前多数经营主体的发展后劲不足，带动脱贫的力度不大,稳定的利益分配和保障机制还没有形成，融资难、融资贵也制约了经营主体发展。未来必须科学谋划推动，着力形成潜山产业特色优势；强化各项措施，提升经营主体带贫能力；加大金融扶持,满足经营主体融资需求；创新结合模式，完善经营主体间利益联结机制和利益分配机制。
