| 摘 要： | 为了推进河南及全国更大范围的现代农业发展,为模式创新提供实践决策的参考依据,笔者通过典型调查分析,针对制约河南现代农业发展的主客观因素及原因,提出应根据省内农业区域环境特点,以县(市)为主选择和创新现代农业发展模式;运用市场化手段,培养和引进人才、造就现代农民,坚持农业科技创新、合作经营、产业服务社会化等途径;抓好生产力、生产关系以及政策、服务等多层面的改革创新工作。笔者认为,发展现代农业,科技是关键,人才是核心,农民是主体,规模化经营是有效途径,增效增收是根本。
