| 摘 要： | 为了测定不同果蜡对柑橘的贮藏效果,笔者以长叶橙(Citrus sinensis.(L.)Osbeck)果实为材料,对经不同果蜡(Decco Fruitshine402F、FMC890、自备蜡)处理后置于常温下贮藏果实的理化指标进行分析。研究结果表明,打蜡明显地提高果实亮度、降低失重率。打蜡处理贮藏后可溶性固形物含量变化不明显,呈逐渐上升趋势;可滴定酸含量高于对照,呈下降趋势,与对照相比达显著差异。自备蜡处理的光亮度显著低于402F和FMC890果蜡,对果实失水的抑制效应显著强于两者。

| Abstract: | In order to measure the storage effects of orange treated with different wax,the physical and chemical indices were determined of a variety of wax (Decco Fruitshine 402F wax,FMC890 wax,own wax) on ' Long Leaf Orange ' at room temperature.It is found that waxing could significantly improve the brightness of fruits,decrease the rate of weight loss.After storage of 27 days,no significant difference in sugar content was recorded between the fruits treated with waxes and the control without waxing,while the titr... |
