摘    要:目的:优选荷叶中总黄酮超声提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以荷叶中芦丁提取率为考核指标。考察乙醇浓度、超声提取时间、超声功率和料液比对荷叶总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:荷叶总黄酮超声提取的最佳工艺是:乙醇浓度为60%、超声时间40 min、超声功率为250 W、料液比1∶20。结论:此工艺操作简便、稳定性较好,可用于荷叶总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the supersonic extracting process for total flavonoids from lotus leaf.Methods:The extracting rate of rutin was used as evaluated index in orthogonal test.Effects of ethanol concentration,supersonic extraction time,ultrasonic power and solid to liquid ratio on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were studied.Results:The optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids were as follows:60% of ethanol extracted for 40 min at 250 W with the material to liquid ratio of 20∶1.Conclusion:This process is simple and stable for the extraction of total flavonoids from lotus leaf.
