| 摘 要： | 概要介绍了MOET技术在家畜育种中的应用情况,包括MOET技术在国内外家畜育种中的应用现状、MOET核心群育种的方式及意义、MOET核心群育种研究进展和应用、MOET技术进行家畜育种时应注意的4个方面(外源激素与超排、超排反应与胚胎质量、MOET与疾病传播、MOET与育种效益等)。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the utilization of MOET in livestock breeding,including present internal and external MOET application situation of domestic animals,methods,significance and study progress of MOET nucleus breeding.Some facets should be noted when applying MOET in domestic animal breeding (external hormone and superovulation,reponses of multiple ovlation and embryo quality,MOET and disease broadcasting,and MOET and breeding profit),in order that MOET can be applied in livestock breeding schemes better. |
