摘    要:    以疣孢霉发酵液粗多糖作为激发子,分析其对云芝、粗柄侧耳和花脸香蘑生物量、菌丝体蛋白质含量及酯酶变化情况的影响,并测定发酵液纤维素酶活性.结果表明,疣孢霉粗多糖能诱导菌丝体产量上升3.2%~86.2%;激发子浓度达到800 μg·mL-1时,云芝、花脸香蘑和粗柄侧耳菌丝体蛋白质含量较对照分别增加63.76%、47.73%和39.03%,发酵液纤维素酶活分别为对照的4.98倍、2.87倍和1.63倍.电泳结果显示,3种供试食用菌菌株菌丝体酯酶谱带随着激发子浓度的变化,明显出现条带增加或缺失,酶活强度也发生变化,表明病原真菌多糖对真菌菌丝体也具有类似激发子的作用.

Abstract:Changes of proteins content and enzymes activity for Coriolus versicolor,Pleurotus sp. and Lepista sordida mycelium were investigated, at the condition of supplementing with crude polysaccharides of Mycogone perniciosa Magn as elicitor in the liquid suspension cultures. The results show M. perniciosa extracts stimulated accumulation of total biomass increased by 3.2%-86.2%. The protein contents of three kinds of mycelia increased 63.76%, 47.73%, and 39.03%, respectively, by supplementing 800 μg·mL-1 crude polysaccharides of Mycogone perniciosa Magn in the liquid medium. At the same level, the cellulose activity of fermentation broth increased about 4.98, 2.87 and 1.63 times compared with the control. Electrophoretic results showed that there were new bands emergence or absence in esterase electrophoretogram along with the elicitor content increasing in the liquid medium. It is concluded that there are similar elicitor performances for polysaccharides of Mycogone perniciosa Magn to eliciting fungi mycelium in some aspects.
