| 摘 要： | 介绍了陕甘宁革命老区的区域特点,分析了陕甘宁革命老区在发展中存在的问题,提出了在经济增长、社会保障、生态环境保护＂三维目标＂指导下发展陕甘宁革命老区的创新模式,包括发展老区特色产业、建设立体能源化工基地、统筹区域发展3方面内容。

| Abstract: | Regional characteristics of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Old Liberated Area were introduced,and the problems in the development were analyzed either.Innovation model for developing Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Old Liberated Area under "three-dimensional goals" of economic development,social security,ecological environmental protection was put forward,including the development of characteristic industries in old liberated area,the construction of solid base of energy and chemical engineering,and coordinated development among regions. |
