家蚕杂交率抽样检验的判别方法

摘    要:根据概率分布理论,结合计算机模拟,确定采用DNA指纹进行蚕种杂交率检验时,以100个蚕卵构成的样本,检出的亲本数小于等于1时为合格蚕种,大于1为不合格蚕种;以200个蚕卵构成的样本,检出的亲本数小于等于6时为合格蚕种,大于6为不合格蚕种.这样的判别结果有95%的可靠性保证蚕种符合杂交率〉95%的质量标准要求.

Abstract:The technique of sampling test and DNA fingerprinting were employed to test the hybrid rate of silkworm (Bombyx mori). The results based on the probability theory and computer simulation showed that the hybrid rate was eligible when the parent number detected were less than or equel to one in 100 silkworm eggs, whereas it was unqualified when the parent number detected were more than one. And the hybrid rate was eligible when the parent number detected were less than or equel to six in 200 silkworm eggs, but it was unqualified when the parent number detected are more than six. This kind of tests can guarantee 95% reliability that the hybrid rate of the silkworm breed could be more than 95%, which reaches the lawful quality criterion of silkworm.
