海南木麻黄木腐菌物种多样性研究

木麻黄是沿海防护林的主要组成树种,本研究对海南木麻黄上生长的木腐菌物种多样性和病原木腐菌种类进行了调查。旨在探索木麻黄上具有开发价值的木腐菌资源和了解木麻黄上的病原木腐菌种类。本次调查共采集木腐菌标本355份,隶属于2门、3纲、8目、9科、21属共61个种。主要由多孔菌科和灵芝科真菌组成;木腐菌的多样性与温度和降雨量息息相关;有8种寄生于木麻黄活立木的木腐菌:南方灵芝、褐灵芝、黎母山灵芝、上思灵芝、热带灵芝、薄盖灵芝、二孢假芝和有害木层孔菌。

Species Diversity of Wood-decaying Fungi on Casuarina equisetifolia in Hainan

Casuarina equisetifolia is the main tree species in the coastal shelterbelt in Hainan. In this study, the species diversity and pathogenic species of wood-decaying fungi growing on Casuarina equisetifolia were investigated in Hainan. It aimed to explore the development value of wood-decaying fungi resources and learn about the species of pathogenic wood-decaying fungi on Casuarina equisetifolia. A total of 355 specimens of wood-decaying fungi belonging to 2 divisio, 3 classis, 8 ordo, 9 familia, 21 genera, 61 species were collected. Fungi of Polyporaceae and Ganodermataceae were the main species; the diversity of wood-decaying fungi closely related with temperature and rainfall; eight kinds of wood-decaying fungi were parasites on Casuarina equisetifolia stumpage: Ganoderma australe, G. brownii, G. limushanense, G. shangsiense, G. tropicum, G. capense, Amauroderma subresinosum, Phellinus noxius.
