稀土元素铈对快速镍刷镀工艺及镀层性能的影响

摘    要:研究了稀土元素铈对快速镍刷镀工艺及镀层性能的影响,结果表明,在镍镀液中加入一定量的稀土化合物硫酸铈能有效地提高镀速及刷镀层硬度,降低刷镀层的孔隙率,且刷镀层与基体结合良好,但对镀液稳定性影响不大。

Abstract:A study was conducted on the effects of rare earth element cerium on the technology and properties of fast speed nickel brush plating coating.The results indicate that rare earth chemical compound cerium sulfate can improve coating velocity and hardness,and decrease the hole rate,and the brush coating is firmly,connected with the base while the stability of brush plating solution is not affected.
