水培与土培红掌根系结构比较

摘    要:[目的]研究水培条件下红掌根系结构的变化。[方法]以红掌为材料,制作徒手切片,用水培与土培2种培养方式比较不同培养环境对红掌根系结构的影响。[结果]红掌土培根的表皮细胞近外侧有角质层,水培根没有。水培根的薄壁细胞比土培根排列更为疏松,细胞间隙增大。经过番红染色后,植物根的木质化细胞壁呈红色。红掌的土培根比水培根的红色区域要多,维管柱直径相对大。土培和水培的根伸长区细胞没有明显区别,但土培根伸长区很短,成熟区根毛长短大小不一。水培根的根毛排列整齐。[结论]水培环境中根系内部结构发生了不同程度的变化,但并不影响植物体的生长。
