花粉直感对普通玉米子粒淀粉含量的影响

摘    要:以9个淀粉含量不同的玉米自交系为亲本,按照Griffing I双列杂交模式组配72个当代杂交组合,测定子粒淀粉含量,分析花粉直感现象对玉米子粒淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:当同一母本授以不同父本花粉时,当代组合淀粉含量存在明显差异;花粉直感现象对当代子粒的淀粉含量存在正负双向影响,其最大增幅为6.59%,最小增幅-5.00%;高淀粉含量的亲本Lx00-6作父本,所得到当代组合子粒淀粉含量均高于母本。

Abstract:72 reciprocal crosses were composed according to Griffing I design using 9 maize inbreds with different starch content. The kernal starch content was tested, and the effect of xenia was analyzed on maize kernal starch. The test results showed that the starch content of the portfolios had obvious difference when their female parent accepted the pollen of different male parent; The phenomenon of xenia had the positive and negative effect on maize kernal starch content. The maximum of starch content was increased by 6.59%, and the minimum of starch content was increased by -5.00%. The maize starch content of the portfolios was higher than that of their female parent when their male parent was the inbred Lx00-6 with high starch content.
