摘    要:导苗管是水稻抛秧机实现有序抛栽的一个关键部件。为此利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对2ZQP-1型水稻气力有序抛秧机田间工作时突然的变速工况进行了分析,得到了导苗管在变速工况下的瞬态动力响应特性,为导苗管的设计及分析其导苗效果提供了理论依据;根据瞬态动力响应特性的有限元分析结果,对导苗管的结构设计提出了改进意见。

Abstract:Seedling guide tube is a key component of the seedling throwing transplantation to accomplish orderly throwing and transplanting. By finite element method and ANSYS finite element analysis software, the calculation for a suddenly speed change state is carried out when 2ZQP-1 type paddy pneumatic orderly seedling throwing transplantation working in the field. Instantaneous dynamic response characteristics of the seedling guide tube are gained, and these characteristics are theoretic bases of the seedling guide tubes design and its working effects analysis. On the base of the FEA result of Instantaneous dynamic response characteristics, some ameliorative ideas for the seedling guide tubes design are given.
