| Abstract: | Abstract The development and status of ecological forestry are discussed, its concepts summarized, and different patterns reported. The prospects of ecological forestry are expounded and predicted from the viewpoint of theory and practice. The authors are of the opinion that the ecological forestry is a form ef modern forestry, which leads to a higher phase of forest exploitation, and makes it possible to combine various benefits of forestry and ensures mankind an excellent ecological environment. |
