中日野桑蚕蛹期发育的多样性

摘    要:自然状态下的中国野桑蚕蛹期 ,秋天发生的最终世代最长 ,其次是春天发生的第 1代 ,夏天发生的第 2代最短。将各季节野外发生的蛹移入实验室用同样的温度保护 ,调查其蛹期变化的结果表明 ,野外第 1代和第 2代的差异是由于不同季节的气温差引起的 ,而最终世代蛹期特别长的原因并非是晚秋的低温所致 ,而与产滞育卵有关。中国野桑蚕中未发现滞育蛹的存在。日本野桑蚕则不同 ,在第 1代中存在蛹期异常长的个体 ,6月下旬至 7月初化蛹 ,到 10月才羽化 ,蛹期长达 3个月 ,羽化后产下滞育卵 ,一化性日本野桑蚕在蛹、卵 2个发育阶段发生滞育

Abstract:The pupal stage of the last generation of Bombyx mandarina Moore of Chinese origin occurring in autumn is the longest,the first generation occurring in spring is the following,and the second generation occurring in summer is the shortest.When pupae occurring in various seasons outdoors were moved into the laboratory and reared under the same condition as outdoor,changes of the pupa stage were investigated.The results showed that the differences of the first and second generations occurring outside is due to the temperature in different seasons and that of the last generation is due to the production of diapause egg,not the low temperature in the late autumn.There is no diapause pupa in Chinese Bombyx mandarina Moore,whereas Japanese Bombyx mandarina Moore in natural condition is different from Chinese origin,the pupa stage durations of some individuals of the first generation are extremely long and last for three months,individuals pupated from the late June to the early July and did not emerge until October.The moth laid diapause eggs.The diapauses occurred in two developmental phases of pupa and egg within a generation.
