行星架应力应变理论计算和有限元分析的比较

摘    要:以单臂式行星架为例,应用理论计算方法对行星架的应力应变进行了分析,并用ANSYS建立了单臂式行星架的有限元模型,针对该型行星架比对了各种网格划分方法的可行性,计算了其应力应变情况,然后比较分析了理论计算方法和有限元方法计算的结果。结果表明,应用有限元方法对行星架进行应力应变分析更符合工程实际应用的需要。
