| 摘 要： | 对29只不同年龄和性别的柴达木绒山进行了屠宰测定。结果表明：胴体重以成年羯羊最高（17．33kg），成年母羊（12．69kg）和2．5岁羯羊（11．75kg）次之；屠宰率以1．5岁和2．5岁羯羊最高（48．28％和48．97％）。

| Abstract: | The slaughter test was conduceed in 29 Chaidamu down-producing goats with different age of sex. The resules were as follows:The carcass weight of adult wether(17. 33kg) was the largest and that of adult dam(12. 69kg) and wether at the age of two years and six months(11. 75kg) was second; the dressing precentage of the weehes at the age of l8 months and the wether at the age of two years and sit months were the largest, and were 48. 28% and 48. 97%. respectively. |
