食用菌浸制标本制作与保存方法研究

以食用菌常规栽培种类金针菇、鸡腿菇、平菇、香菇为试验材料,采用先固定后保存及固定、保存同步的方法制作浸制标本,比较保存效果.结果表明,浅色子实体金针菇、鸡腿菇、平菇宜采用固定、保存同步的方法,适宜的保存液配方为金针菇:甲醛10 mL、50％酒精85 mL、冰醋酸5 mL;鸡腿菇:甲醛4.5 mL、70％酒精91 mL、冰醋酸4.5 mL；平菇:甲醛10 mL、冰醋酸5 mL、10％CaCl2水溶液10 mL,蒸馏水75 mL.深色子实体香菇宜采用先固定后保存的方法,其固定液配方为甲醛2.5 mL、95％酒精15 mL,蒸馏水82.5 mL;保存液配方为甲醛10 mL、冰醋酸5mL、10％CaCl2水溶液10 mL,蒸馏水75 mL.

The preservative solution was formalin 10 mL, acetic acid 5 mL, 10% calcium chloride solution 10 mL, distilled water 75 mL.
