摘    要:为探讨人工栽培小羊肚菌的可行性,以野生小羊肚菌为试料,设置3个母种培养基和3个原种培养基进行分离、发菌和出菇试验。结果表明:M2和Y3在栽培小羊肚菌上显著优于其他培养基,在相对湿度85%和强光照(10 000 lx)刺激48 h条件下,Y3培养基能够形成子实体。

Primary Study on Artificial Cultivation of Morchella deliciosa

Abstract:A strain of Morchella deliciosa was grown on three mother medium (M1, M2 and M3) and three primary medium (Y1, Y1 and Y1) for researching possibility of Artificial Cultivation Morchella deliciosa .The results shown that M2 and Y3 were better than other test medium for vegetative growth and fruiting growth of Morchella deliciosa respective ly. Fruiting bodies were formed on Y3 medium at relative humidity 85% ,which stimulated by 48 h exposure to strong light (1 000 lx) .
