柠檬黄蜡伞的抑菌活性及石油醚层成分分析

摘    要:本实验对柠檬黄蜡伞子实体的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水相的抑菌活性进行了初步研究,并利用GC-MS对石油醚相成分进行了分析。结果表明,石油醚和乙酸乙酯相提取物对沙门氏菌、链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有抑制作用,乙酸乙酯提取物的抑菌作用大于石油醚提取物的抑菌作用。浓度为50 mg.mL-1时,乙酸乙酯层提取物抑菌率最高,针对以上4种细菌抑菌率分别为55.08%、42.97%、61.10%和50.08%,MIC值均为3.125 mg.mL-1。经GC-MS联用仪从石油醚萃取物中鉴定出5个化合物。

Abstract:Abstract: The Antimicrobial activity of different extracts of the fruit body of Hygraphorus lucorum Kalchbr was studied, and the further component analysis of petroleum ether extract by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was performed. The results indicated that ethyl acetate and petroleum ether extracts showed obviously inhibiting activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, Streptococcusd and Escherichia coli. The ethyl acetate extract generally showed higher antimierobial activity than that of the petroleum ether extract. The ethyl acetate extract showed marked effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, Streptococcusd and Escherichia coli with the inhibition rate of 55.08%, 42.97%, 61.10% and 50.08% at the concentration of 50 mg·mL^-1. The average value of minimal inhibitory con- centration (MIC) was 3.125 mg·mL^-1. Five compounds were separated and identified from petroleum ether extract by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
