银丝草菇菌丝体液体培养基筛选

摘    要:以银丝草菇菌丝体生物量为主要指标,采用正交设计方法对其菌丝体液体培养基进行了筛选,结果表明银丝草菇菌丝体生长的最适培养基配方为:葡萄糖20 g.L-1、蔗糖10 g.L-1、酵母粉2.5 g.L-1、蛋白胨2 g.L-1、KH2PO4 2.5 g.L-1、MgSO4.7H2O 1.5 g.L-1、VB1 8 mg.L-1,pH自然。培养温度28℃,周期168 h,其菌丝体生物量可达11.54 g.L-1。

Abstract:Using mycelium biomass of Volvariella bombycina as an major index, the liquid culture media of Volvariella bombycina mycelia was studied by means of orthogonal analysis. The results showed that the optimal medium for the mycelia was glucose 20 g·L-1, sucrose 10 g·L-1, yeast powder 2.5 g·L-1, peptone 2.5 g·L-1, KH2PO4 2.5 g·L-1, Mg SO4·7H2O 1.5 g·L-1 and VB1 8 mg .L-1, natural pH. In the cultural condition of 28℃and 168 h, the myeelia biomass reached to 11.54 g·L-1.
