金针菇菌渣有机肥在油菜上施用技术研究

摘    要:分析了5种金针菇菌渣的营养成份,结果显示:金针菇菌渣中含有丰富的有机质和氮磷钾等养分,可用于有机肥的生产。以工厂化金针菇菌渣为原料制备有机肥,开展了菌渣有机肥在油菜上的肥效试验,结果表明,菌渣有机肥可替代化肥在油菜上做基肥施用,能够促进油菜增产,菌渣有机肥配合化肥使用效果较好,每亩施用菌渣有机肥300kg和25 kg复合肥的处理最佳,比农民习惯施肥增产24.6%,效益提高21.5%。

Abstract:Abstract: The nutrition component of five spent mushroom substrates from Flammulina velutipes (SMSF) were analyzed. The results showed that they were rich in organic matter, NPK and so on. So SMSF could be used as resource of organic fertilizer. SMSF organic fertilizer was prepared and tested on oilseed rape as base fertilizer. The results revealed that SMSF organic fertilizer could replace chemical fertilizer and promote yield increase on oilseed rape. When SMSF organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer were combined together, the effect was more obvious than that of application of SMSF or- ganic fertilizer or chemical fertilizer only. Combining use of 300 kg per 667 m2 SMSF organic fertilizer and 25 kg com- pound fertilizer was the best fertilization rood in which the oilseed rape yield increased by 24.6% and economic benefit increased by 21.5%.
