重庆武陵山区几种食用菌菌种保藏试验研究初报

摘    要:通过继代保藏法、超低温冰箱保藏法、滤纸保藏法,对武陵山区香菇、野生香菇、凤尾菇、粗腿羊肚菌、美味牛肝菌5种菌种保藏试验,结果表明,短时间保藏用不同保藏方法对香菇、凤尾菇、野生香菇的萌发率和性状无明显影响,用继代保藏法较好;粗腿羊肚菌菌种在两种保藏方法中萌发率受明显影响,不易进行保藏;美味牛肝菌固体菌种保藏效果不明显;滤纸保藏法保藏的美味牛肝菌液体菌种无结果,需要长时间的试验。

Abstract:By following the generation of preservation method, ultra-low temperature refrigerator preservation method, the filter paper method of preservation Wuling mountain mushrooms, wild mushrooms, Pleurotus, thick legs Morel, Boletus edulis five kinds of culture collections, test results Show that short time preserved in different preservation methods on mushrooms, Pleurotus, the germination rate of wild mushrooms and traits had no significant effect, with the following on behalf of the preservation method is better; thick legs morel strains in the two preservation methods significantly affected the germination rate is affected by , is not easy to preservation; Culture Collection of solid Boletus edulis little effect; fil ter paper preservation method preserved Boletus edulis liquid bacteria without results, it need a long time.
