摘    要:鲜食大豆是优良的蔬菜品种和副食品,前景广阔。无公害鲜食大豆的产地环境必须符合国家标准,应根据栽培季节选择良种,采用合理的栽培技术,综合防治病虫草害,严格控制农药残留,适时采收果荚,确保大豆鲜食特性。

Abstract:The fresh food soybean was good vegetable breed and subsidiary foodstuff, the prospect was vast. The environment must accord with the national standard the place of production there being no the fresh social effect of pollution food soybean, should choose a fine breed according to cultivating a season, adopt rational cultivation technique, integrated control disease Cordyceps sinensis harms the strict control pesticide residue, the timely spirit collects the fruit pod, ensures fresh soybean food characteristic property.
