微波辅助提取绞股蓝皂甙的初步研究

摘    要:以绞股蓝叶片为材料,采用单因素设计组合,进行了微波辅助提取绞股蓝皂甙的试验。结果表明,微波辅助提取绞股蓝皂甙的最佳条件为:料液比1/25、溶剂pH值为8、浸提温度70℃、浸提时间120min、微波辐射强度中等、微波辐射处理时间180s。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extraction of gypenosides from leaves of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were studied by using single factor test methods. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows : the solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 25, pH was 8, the extract temperature was 70 ℃, the duration for extraction was 120 win, medium intensity microwave, microwave treatment duration was 180 s.
