摘    要:利用水浸提方式对人工栽培雷公藤的生化物质进行提取,在3个光强下进行白菜种子发芽试验,并对其发芽指标进行检测。结果表明:人工栽培雷公藤植株的化感物质在不同光照条件下有不同的效应,在无光照条件下各处理对发芽指标的影响程度远大于半光照和全光照,同时其鲜叶可作为白菜催芽促长的生物肥料。

Allelopathy effects of Tripterygium wilfordii under different illuminations

Abstract:Cabbage(Brassica campestris) seeds were treated with different contents of aqueous extracts from various organs of artificially planted Tripterygium wilfordii under three illuminations. The results showed that the allelochemicals of artificially planted T. wilfordii had different activities under different illuminations, and the fresh leaf could be used as bio-fertilizers for rapid growth of cabbage.
