陕北地区能源开采与生态环境可持续发展中存在的问题与对策

随着陕北地璋煤、石油、天然气等能源的开采，在经济发展的同时，也给原本脆弱的生态环境带来了极大的压力，产生了许多生态环境问题。针对水待染、水土流失、植被破坏严重等问题，提出了一些对策，如大力发展循环经济，石油企业实行清洁生产、不断更新开采技术等。
