摘    要:针对秧苗难立苗问题,以吊篮一鸭嘴式移栽机为例,建立了栽植器的运动方程,推导出特征参数λ的值。根据零速投苗原理,当λ=l时,能够保证秧苗的直立度。在ADAMS软件中建立了仿真模型,并对其进行了运动模拟,模拟结果表明,吊篮在前进方向存在零速点,其运动轨迹是一条近似摆线,符合λ=1时的情况,实现了零速投苗。

Abstract:In response to the difficult problem for the planting of seedlings,and taking basket-duckbill type transplanter for example,the motion equation of transplant unit was established and the value of the characteristic parameter λ was calculaed.Under the principle of planting seedlings at zero velocity,when λ equals to 1,it can ensure the degree of vertical of seedlings.So the simulation model was set up in the ADAMS software and the kinematic simulation was done.The simulation results showed that the zero speed point was existed in the forward direction of the basket,whose trajectory was a similar cycloid,which was consistent with the circumstances when λ equaled to 1.It achieved the purpose of planting seedlings at zero velocity.
