摘    要:目的]研究不同杀虫剂对水稻负泥虫(Oulema oryzae)体内解毒酶的影响。方法]以水稻负泥虫为研究对象,分析幼虫在高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素和吡虫啉3种杀虫剂处理1、4、9和15d后,幼虫体内羧酸酯酶及谷胱甘肽转移酶活性变化。结果]随着取食时间的延长,3种药剂处理的幼虫体内羧酸酯酶活性均较对照增高,且差异明显;而3种药剂处理的谷胱甘肽转移酶活性均低于对照,但差异不明显。结论]解毒酶的变化在害虫抵抗杀虫剂处理过程中起到指示作用,该研究可为水稻负泥虫抗药性研究奠定基础。
