黄河上游池塘浮游生物群落结构的研究

摘    要:[目的]为黄河上游池塘浮游生物的调控和健康养殖提供理论依据。[方法]对黄河上游典型的老水池塘和新水池塘中浮游生物进行调查分析。[结果]老水池塘检出浮游植物5门19属,其中蓝藻门最多,占浮游生物总生物量82.66%;检出浮游动物4门类。新水池塘检出浮游植物6门16属,以蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻为主,分别占总生物量34.15%、36.40%和21.23%;检出浮游动物2门类。[结论]老水池塘含蓝藻较多,新水池塘浮游生物生物量较低,都需进行合理调控。

Abstract:[Objective]The paper aimed to provide a theoretical basis for plankton regulation and healthful aquaculture of pond in the upper yellow river.[Method]The plankton of the typical old water and new water ponds in the upper yellow river were surveyed and analyzed.[Results]The phytoplankton in the old water pond covered 19 genera belonging to 5 phyla was detected,and its dominant population was Cyanophyta,accounting for 82.66% of the total plankton biomass;4 phyla of zooplankton was observed.Sixteen genera in 6...
