青海温室辣椒疫病生防菌应用技术研究

摘    要:目的]探讨2种温室辣椒疫病生防菌和有机肥在青海省温室辣椒上的组合施用技术。方法]采用L4(23)正交试验设计,在青海省乐都县温室辣椒基地研究2种辣椒疫病生防菌和有机肥组合使用对辣椒疫病的防治效果以及对辣椒产量的影响。结果]各因素对辣椒疫病相对防效影响的大小顺序为生防放线菌A5〉生防细菌B2〉有机肥,对辣椒产量影响大小的顺序为有机肥〉生防放线菌A5〉生防细菌B2。结论]综合辣椒疫病的防效和产量效益,确定出可在当地辣椒生产中推广的生防菌应用技术方法为放线菌A545kg/hm2,细菌B215kg/hm2,有机肥900kg/hm2,此时辣椒疫病的田间防效可达到76.31%,产量达到35573kg/hm2,可新增产值13029元/hm2,投产比为1:7.9。
