环剥和赤霉素对藤稔葡萄果实生长发育和品质的影响

摘    要:观测了环剥和 2 5mg/LGA3 对藤稔葡萄果实生长发育动态及果实品质的影响。试验结果表明 :环剥和GA3 促进了果实的生长发育 ,果肉细胞体积、果实鲜重、干重、纵径、横径均显著增加。环剥有增加果实糖酸比的作用 ,而GA3 处理降低果实糖酸比 ,且维生素C含量降低 ;另外经环剥和GA3 处理的果实中与成熟有关的赖氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸含量明显上升 ,表明这 2种措施都有提早果实成熟的作用

Abstract:In this experiment we observed the variation of fruit development and quality after applied with girdling and 25mg .ml -1 GA 3.The result showed that fruit growth were promoted,cell volume of flesh,fresh weight,dry weignt,length and diameter of fruit were much higher than controls;girdling increased ratio of sugar and acid,while GA 3treatment decreased the ratio.We also found that the content of Lysine(Lys),Argininge(Arg),and Proline(Pro),which all relevant to fruit ripening,were promoted.It showed that these two treatments had advanced the fruit ripening.
