融入视角下流动人口的城市社区管理

流动人口成为流入地社会成员是经济和社会发展的必然趋势。但目前流动人口城市融入仍然面临制度性、文化因素、社会排斥以及社区功能缺失等方面的障碍。笔者认为通过制度变革、参与式管理理念、社会工作方法的技术性支持以及多元协同共治模式等管理创新能实现流动人口的城市社区融入。

Urban Community Management of Floating Population under the Perspective of Integration

It is the inevitable trend of economic and social development that floating population will be the members of urban society. But the integration of floating population in cities still face these barriers from institution, culture, social exclusion and community function. It argues that the community integration can be realized through regime changed, the thought of participatory management, technical support of social work, as well as muhi-collaborative governance models.
