| 摘 要： | 利用新化县、冷水江市气象局提供的基本气象资料以及试验观测资料，论述了蔬菜非宜菜期淡季形成的气候原因，并提出了利用山地气候凉棚效应，建立度夏补淡反季节蔬菜基地，缓解蔬菜供应淡季矛盾的对策与途径，可供蔬菜均衡供应生产的参考。

| Abstract: | By using basic climate data and observation data provided by Xinhua County Meteorological Bureau and Lengshuijiang City Meteorologieal Bureau, the climate reasons for low production of vegetables in off-season were discussed. It was put forward that using mountain-shed effects to construct off-season vegetable base, so that could release the conflict of supply and demand of vegetables in off-season, provide a reference for balance production of vegetables. |
