摘    要:针对模具装配工作量大和效率低的问题,应用CATIA软件提出一种基于知识工程的零部件智能装配方法,给出智能装配中基于装配特征的表示和零件自动定位等的实现技术.首先,建立模具的参数化零件库,用ACCESS软件建立零件装配关系库,并利用该库信息建立装配关系,使用VB软件及ADO技术连接装配零件库与装配关系库,通过参数驱动的方式,使得有装配关系的零件间进行装配,最终得到模具的装配体,实现模具设计的智能化装配.
