摘    要:本试验旨在研究葡萄籽原花青素(GSPs)对高精料育肥羔羊免疫功能的影响。试验选取48只4月龄、体重[(22.75±1.20)kg]相近的杜寒杂交一代公羔羊,随机分为4组,每组12只羊。各组分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、10(10GSPs组)、20(20GSPs组)、40 mg/(kg BW·d)(40GSPs组)的GSPs。预试期15 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)正试期第30天,20GSPs和40GSPs组外周血中CD4^+T细胞比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^+T细胞比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。正试期第45天,20GSPs和40GSPs组外周血中CD8^+T细胞比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^+T细胞比例及CD4^+/CD8^+比值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)随着GSPs添加水平的增加,外周血淋巴细胞转化率线性升高(P<0.05),淋巴细胞凋亡率线性降低(P<0.05)。20GSPs和40GSPs组的外周血淋巴细胞转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),淋巴细胞凋亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)随着GSPs添加水平的增加,血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量有线性升高的趋势(P=0.057),血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量有线性降低的趋势(P=0.074),但各组间血清IL-2、IL-6含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。20GSPs和40GSPs组血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着GSPs添加水平的增加,血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量线性增加(P<0.05);20GSPs组血清IgG含量显著高于10GSPs和对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,高精料饲粮条件下添加适量的GSPs可以改善羔羊的免疫功能,本试验条件下GSPs的适宜添加水平为20 mg/(kg BW·d)。

Abstract:The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects grape seed proanthocyanidins(GSPs) on immune function of high-concentrate fattening lambs.Forty-eight 4-month-old Dorper(♂) × small tail Han sheep(♀) F1 male lambs with similarly weight of(22.75±1.20) kg were randomly selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 lambs per group.Lambs in 4 groups were fed basic diets supplemented 0(control group),10(10 GSPs group),20(20 GSPs group) and 40 mg/(kg BW·d)(40 GSPs group) GSPs,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:1) on day 30 of the trial,the proportion of CD4^+ cells in peripheral blood of20 GSPs and 40 GSPs groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of CD8^+ cells was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 45 of the trial,the proportion of CD8^+ cells in peripheral blood of 20 GSPs and 40 GSPs groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of CD4^+ cells and CD4^+/CD8^+ratio were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).2) With the GSPs supplemental level increased,the peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation ratio linearly increased(P<0.05),while the lymphocyte apoptosis ratio linearly decreased(P<0.05).The peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation ratio of 20 GSPs and 40 GSPs groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the lymphocyte apoptosis ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3) With the GSPs supplemental level increased,the serum interleukin-2(IL-2) level showed a linear increase trend(P=0.057),the serum interleukin-6(IL-6) showed a linear decrease trend(P=0.074),but there was no significant difference on contents of IL-2 and IL-6 in serum among all groups(P>0.05).With the GSPs supplemental level increased,the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG) content linearly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgG content of 20 GSPs group was significantly higher than that of 10 GSPs and control groups(P<0.05).In summary,the appropriate supplementation of GSPs in high-concentrate diet can improve the immune function of lambs,the optimal supplemental level of GSPs is 20 mg/(kgBW·d) under the condition of this experiment.
