| 摘 要： | 近年来,人们对猪瘟病毒(classical swine fever virus,CSFV)的结构蛋白研究比较透彻,而对非结构蛋白功能的研究相对较少。非结构蛋白对病毒的复制、致病性及对宿主细胞功能的调节均发挥重要作用,这些研究成果对于揭示CSFV的致病机理和新型疫苗的开发具有十分重要的意义。作者全面综述了CSFV非结构蛋白的生物学功能,以期为研究者提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years,the function of these structural proteins of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) was extensivly expored, the CSFV encoded non-structural proteins had also been studied, and the results showed that these proteins played important roles in the replication, virulence and regulation of the host cell function, there were still many unknow points needed to be investigated. This paper reviewed research progress on the function of the non-structural proteins of CSFV, which might provide references for researchers. |
