枇杷离体胚萌芽与丛生芽诱导的研究

摘    要:采用枇杷胚为外植体,以1/2MS为基本培养基,采用正交试验法研究 了不同浓度的激素对胚芽的影响,筛选出了最佳萌芽培养基1/2MS+6-BA2.0mg/L LAA0.5mg/L NAA0.0mg/L。同时也比较了时间对萌芽的影响。丛生芽诱导与增值以MS+6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.2mg/L为较好培养基,并且高浓度的6-BA不利于无根苗健康生长,而NAA对此无影响。

Abstract:The immature embryos of loquat were used for explants in the study.The effects of plant growth regulators on in vitro germination of loquat embryos were investigated using orthogonal design method.The best embryo germination was obtained on 1/2 MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/l+IAA 0.5 mg/l+NAA 0.0 mg/l.The effects of sampling time were also studied.The inducation and multiplication of tufty buds were nice on MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/l+NAA 0.2 mg/l-And 6-BA at higher concentration was not suitable for the growth of the plantlets without roots.But NAA did not have the effect.
