| 摘 要： | 用毛细管气相色谱法分析比较了４２例恶性肿瘤患者与正常人血液总脂肪酸组成的变化。结果显示：在癌症患者，血浆中的Ｃ１４：０和Ｃ１６：０显著增加，Ｃ１８：２和不饱和性（Ｕ／Ｓ）减少；红细胞膜的Ｃ１６：０增加，Ｃ２０：４减少。这表明在恶性肿瘤患者血浆和红细胞膜脂肪酸组成有明显改变，这睦改变可能与肿瘤的发生发展有关。

| Abstract: | The fatty acid composition of total lipids in blood from 42 patients with cancers(39 normal persons as controls group)were analysed by capillary-column gas-liquid chromatography(GLC).The results showed that there were a significant enhancement in C14:0 and C16:0,and a significant reduction in C18:2 and the ratio of unsaturated fatty acids to saturated fatty acids(U/S)in plasma from cancer patients,as compared to normal controls.A significant enhancement in C16:0 and a significant reduction in C20:4 in erythrocyte membranes were observed in cancer patients.These results suggest that the fatty acid compositions of total lipids are significantly different in plasma and erythrocyte membranes between the cancer patients asnd normal populations.The changes of fatty acid compositions are possible in relation to tumorgenesis. |
