摘    要:以西瓜,甜瓜和萝卜等蔬菜自然衰老种子为材料,研究了GSH,AsA和SB等外源自由基清除剂对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:SB(浓度为1mmol/L,2mmol/L)和GSH(浓度为1g/L,5g/L)浸种处理能显著促进上述衰老种子的萌发,而AsA(浓度为5mmol/L,10mmol/L,15mmol/L)浸种处理的效果不明显。外源自由基清除剂处理可不同程度地提高衰老种子中CAT和SOD活性,降低O^2-产生速率,减轻膜脂过氧化作用,加强细胞膜的修复作用。

Abstract:The physiological effects of free radical scavengers such as sodium benzoate(SB), glutation(GSH) and ascorbic acid(AsA) on the senescent seeds of watermelon, melon and radish were studied in this paper. The results indicated that soaking seed treatments with SB (1, 2 mmol/L) and GSH(1,5 g/L) promoted germination of senescent seeds significantly, but AsA (5,10,15 mmol/L) had no significant effects on germination potential and percentage. Free radical scavengers treatments increased the activities of CAT and SOD, reduced O 2 - production rate, decreased membrane lipid peroxidation, stimulated restoration of cell membrane and raised the germination percentage and germination potential of senescent seeds.
