超干燥保存烟草种子的寿命预测

用1978～1993年采收并贮于干燥器中的烟草种子进行种子的含水量测定和发芽试验。这些种子的含水量在1．7729％～3．8943％之间，平均为2．3076％，均达5％以下的超干燥水平。同时，我们还测出这批种子的平均发芽率为83．3％，并采用三处方法对超干燥烟草种子的寿命进行预测．从而得出烟草种子在超干燥条件下可以保存20～25年以上。

Predict for Tobacco Seeds Longevity on the Condition of Ultra-dry Preservation

This paper focuses on moisture contents measuring as well as germination testing, using those tobacco seedsgathered from 1978 to 1993 and stored in desicators. During our working experiment, we have determined the value of moisture contents is between 1. 7729% and 3. 8943%,its average is 2.3076 and amounts to the ultra-dry level. In the meantime, we also have determined the average germination rate of those seeds is 83. 3%. Via adopting3 methods to predict the seeds longevity we draw a conclusion that tobacco seeds can be stored as long as 20 to 25years on the condition of ultradry presevation.
